We had a fantastic experience buying our new home through Swetenhams in Winsford, and in particular, Patrick, who was outstanding from start to finish. From our very first viewing, Patrick was friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. My wife and I were put in contact with Colin to help us secure a mortgage to purchase our first home. From our first meeting Colin was incredibly helpful, friendly, approachable and we felt like he genuinely wanted to help us. Due to some bad credit, my wife and I were worried we wouldn’t be accepted for a mortgage but Colin reassured us that he would do everything he could to help us secure one… which he did! My wife was heavily pregnant and freshly post partum during the whole process and Colin made it stress free for us due to his help and assistance from beginning to end. As first time buyers we didn’t know what to expect but Michael at Swetenhams has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He was quick to arrange viewings and always provided clear, honest information about the property. I never felt pressured or rushed, which I really appreciate as a first-time buyer. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and his knowledge of the local area was also really helpful for someone who is making a move across the country and is not clued up about the area.
