GoogleSara Dickens helped to find as many bungalows within the area I gave her. She kept me well informed and helped me to utilise BJB to broaden my search. Unfortunately, the property we are looking for hasn't met the match we need but Sara helps us navigate the search. She is professional, friendly and an expert in her field. Clearly knows what her customers need and helps them achieve the goal.

I have to say the young lady was very polite and helpful, I believe her name was Elisha Hennessey and is new to the Wolverhampton office. I have had problems with my tenant, rent arrears, damage and lack of cleanliness after tenant left etc. A claim had to be made on my behalf. This was done very efficiently by Andrew Pass. Thank you Andrew for all your input.

Unprofessional and arrogant. You can often tell just how good an organisation is by how they handle complaints when things go wrong. Butters John Bee don't bother at all. Just rush to try to save their own skin following a series of monumental cock ups and simply throw their customers under a bus. Avoid this company. They have no morals. This is regarding the Crewe branch. Please don't post the usual I'm sorry blurb and invite me to discuss it with the office. It's simply pointless. Been there, done that. They don't deserve 1 star but they're so arrogant there's no option for a 0

Been trying to view our dream home , too be told lie after lie . My partner got told an hour before the viewing to be told the property had been sold! Underhanded tactics from the maddison ! Avoid this estate agents at all cost
