We are 11 months into our rental tenancy and we are now 1 month without heating. Can't call through to lettings because they are always busy and no response to emails, however they are happy to email us to ask for something when they need it.

Phoned and emailed to view a property for three day told someone would call me back , no reply. Managed to arrange a viewing which was then cancelled due to someone else having the keys. Arranged for the follow day only to be cancelled again but they were able to do the viewing later in the day at a time I had distinctly told them I was not available.

Really poor experience at Crewe office. Once they had the listing weren't interested. Non communication, poor professionalism and a terrible attitude towards customers. Never acted in our best interests. Lies and empty promises from the management down and charging a fortune in fees. Too busy writing nonsense facebook posts than progressing sales it would appear. Relisted my property without my consent (wonder if this is how they are number 1 listing and sales if they are listing twice) I personally wouldn't even consider buying a property that was listed with this awful company. Worst estate agent in crewe

The few properties we have tried to view with these they have tried to put us off, right from the first phone call, when I asked to speak to the manager he was also very defensive and giving me every worst case scenario, hopefully we can avoid when we buy our house

However, we can see, that from the notes and the request of our vendors only viewers in proceedable positions, who are ready to offer as well as those client's who are at least on the market with activity are able to view. I phoned on Monday after seeing a property advertised at weekend. Left a message with concierge service for call back, phoned again 2/3 times on Tuesday and got call back at 1715. Explained our situation & was told that my question would be put to vendors and I would have a phone call Wednesday with answer. No response. Phoned Thursday 4/5 times, still phone being answered by concierge team, messages left, never answered, the last phone call on Thursday, pointed out that it wasn’t ‘good service’ etc and by 0845am Friday morning I had an email to say, that vendor had gone with another buyer!! I will never be able toprove, if delay in getting back to me on Wednesday & Thursday would have made any difference and of course BJB will say not.Just seems a shoddy way to run a business and does not meet the level of customer service skills I was trained in.Very disappointed.

So, we called Alsager office asking for a viewing. We were told next available appointment was 9!! days later which we grudgingly accepted. We were available any time or day ( from 2 days after our call). We were about to leave home, which is not near, 100 mins before viewing. A curt phone call. "we're cancelling your viewing, as the owner has accepted an offer". Who got an appointment before us and how / why? Emailed and texted to voice my annoyance. No response....
