FacebookJulie and Daniel have been fantastic from the very first time I viewed the rental property, through to check out 2 years later. They took great care of everything during my tenancy, with excellent communication, prompt action, and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I’d had a bad experience with agents before when renting, and was anxious about many things, but they are incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring and friendly. A true breath of fresh air as Estate Agents, this really felt like a personal service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

GoogleProperty Assistant helped us to rent our house to new tenants. They dealt with all the paper work and necessary checks to ensure both us and our new tenants had as stress free transition as possible. They put up with a lot of disorganisation from us and endless stupid questions (I am sure we will end up on their brilliant social media posts "the stupid things estate agents get asked" and rightly so). All this was done with a smile and we felt very supported all the way. We would highly recommend Property Assistant to stressed out landlords. Thank you

GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

GoogleMy husband and I were in a very tricky situation when another lettings agency had messed us about and refused to give our money back. Property Assistant helped us out and gave us some great advice and assistance. Their intervention meant we got all our money back from the other lettings agency and we were able to find a new property. They helped us in with what could have been a very stressful and costly situation. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone! Thank you for all your help Dan!

GoogleScheduled viewing at property cancelled due to tennant getting covid. Agreed we would look to reschedule for the weekend if possible, but was left with them to contact me for when I can view. I am not told they have an offer accepted. Poor communication.
