We came to Property Assistant having been given disappointing service by previous agents and his advice, expertise and honesty have not only been a breath of fresh air, but also invaluable to us as a busy family in a fairly idiosyncratic older property.
We found Daryl and Property Assistant to be thoroughly timely and reliable in all aspects of their business - easily contactable whatever our issue and always ready with a solution. We remain extremely grateful for his success in selling our property when others had failed to do so.
With Daryl's help we have now secured the right new home for us and though we hope not to move again for quite a while, if and when we do, we will go back to Daryl and Property Assistant without a moment's hesitation. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleEven one star is way too much! We have been left hanging to view the property and missed few other just to find out couple weeks later on website it was already rented out. Despite my husband's calls, me registering with their agency and their promises to call us back about the property. They might be good, but in wasting people time nothing more. Glad we have had that experience with renting from this estate agency, at least we know we will definitely avoid them to buy our house.
