Great housing group. We rented for 15 months at Walkden, Manchester & Simple life were easy to deal with. The moving in process was easy and leaving was easy. While tenanted simple life fixed any issues we had. Highly recommend.

I was the tenant with them and once moved out, they provided a long list of damages and aimed to take my whole deposit. Most of their claims were completely wrong. Please avoid them
Hello,Thank you for your review and getting back to us with identifiable information.We understand that since leaving your review, Operations Manager, Ashley, has called you to go through your check out report and he has explained that based on check out report, compared to your check in report, the list of repairs are required to get the property back to standard. We’d also like to point out that no costs have been issued as of yet, we’re in the process of collecting these. As soon as we have them, we will share with you and if you’re unhappy at that point you will be able to raise a dispute with the TDS (tenancy deposit scheme) who will independently review and adjudicate.

We are currently in the process of our application. We contacted Simplelife about the scheme we were interested in and information we received was very detailed. As previous Simplelife tenants, we can wholeheartedly recommend them ... hence our return to Simplelife for our potential new home!

The house is beautiful and we love it but the property manager is impossible to get hold of and does not call back. Promises are made and not followed through. Outstanding requests for 8months regarding jobs needing doing on the house which are safety requirements. Inconsistencies across developments that are not stated on advertisements.

Beautiful houses, big rooms, spacious kitchen, nice and clean bathrooms and most importantly the whole house is well lit with a little garden that makes it even more beautiful...you can enjoy sun in your kitchen (on a sunny day )!!! We feel happy to have stayed in one of these houses 😊
