GoogleI have been renting an apartment through Horler agencies for 10 years now, the employees are very friendly and helpful, my agents Carla are always there to help, if something breaks in the apartment, there is a problem with anything, the problem is always solved quickly and professionally, if you are looking for a real estate agent to rent apartments, I sincerely recommend this agency, always professional and helpful

GoogleWe used agency for last 7 years, and all this times whenever the issues was small or big they always were there to help us, and was good to knows we could always rely on them. In the past we used different agencies but they weren't good as Horler. Carla, our main contact was brilliant and always proactive. She always kept us informed when necessary and was following up on all issues we flagged to her. Loren Jacobs had professional attitude and picked up all the queries I had during the letting process immediately, and got back to me very quickly with the response. She kept me informed at all times which took all the hassle and stress out of the letting process. I rented my property within less than two weeks. I will definitely give Horler & Associates 5 Stars.

GoogleTerrible service if you attempt to view a rental property. Having seen a property that met my needs and budget, I contacted Horley & Associates to arrange a viewing. I spoke to an administrator who informed me that I would be contacted at a later time to book a slot. Not having heard anything for a while, I called again, around 7 hours later, spoke to the same administrator and explained that I was keen on viewing the property and did not want to miss out as the location was prefect for my needs. I was bluntly interrupted and told "YOU WON'T MISS OUT", unquote. I then emailed Horler & Associates to voice my dissatisfaction and express my concerns. My email was not replied to. I eventually received an email, informing me that the house would be available to view the early part of week commencing 15/04. I replied and offered ample availability as I work minutes away and could escape with very little notice to view the property. I have not received a reply, not even a an acknowledgement email. It seems that my budget (£1500 for a 2/3 bedroom rental) is insignificant and they cannot be bothered dealing with my query. Why do they bother listing properties that they are not willing to deal with? Frankly, I am annoyed at the fact that I will miss out on that specific property. Whilst I am still interested, I am no longer prepared to work with Horley & Associates. It is their loss as in addition of finding a rental property, I have a property for sale and was keen in using the same Estate agent for both transactions. I will go elsewhere and hopefully deal with a company that is keen to have my business.
