We wanted to thank Loren especially as she has always helped us in the best way possible and never had to wait for an answer and always solved our requests. We cannot recommend her enough. She’s very quick at replying to any questions I have. She seems very passionate about her job which is hard to find people like that nowadays

GoogleI recently visited Loren and was extremely disappointed by the lack of respect I received as a customer. The staff, especially [LOREN], was dismissive and unhelpful. My questions were met with curt responses, and I felt like my presence was more of a nuisance than a valued patron. When I voiced my concerns, they were brushed off without any attempt to resolve the issue. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I won't be returning. Respect for customers should be a top priority, and unfortunately, Loren failed miserably in this regard.

GoogleTerrible rental agency was ok 5 years ago but not any more will leave you in uninhabitable property you will need to go to the council to make complaint to get any work carried out then they send there workman who is useless and stole my ladders Stay away My house has been over ran by rats for last 6month still waiting for repairs to be finished all because of bad maintenance not food waste there builders leave the carpets ruined when I send over documents showing told there will sort when I leave and I will be charged for the carpets hense don't rent with these lot you will lose your sanity and a lot of money

GoogleI was today in their Windsor office to sort out certain matters. The person I was looking for was absent and I did talk with a lady in the office. Even I can give credit for being a young person, but that alone can't explain rudeness (of course wrapped with nice words), and complete lack of respect. I could just manage to say a few sentences while hearing the flow of unrequested information. I came later back and met with the person I was looking for initially and sorted out everything I need in a short discussion. Sorry for 1 star, but even that one good experience couldn't compensate bad one. I had business with this company before and couldn't complain, but looks like things change and not for the best. Unless forced - I will not have a business with them in any foreseeable future.

GoogleMy family and I were looking to rent a flat for our mother. From first contact, viewing and all subsequent exchanges Horler have been outstanding. Always helpful, always cheerful, nothing was too much trouble. It is rare to find such a good service. I would recommend them unreservedly.
