GoogleI used Hardings for the sale of my flat, and instructing them was the best decision I ever made. I received absolutely first-class service - in particular from Austin Harris, who worked tirelessly to get my sale over the line, going above and beyond time and again. I've worked with a lot of different agents but Hardings proved themselves in a league of their own. Sincere thanks to Austin, and all the team in Windsor.

I had seen 3 other Agents and decided to instruct Louisa from Hardings as I was very impressed with her and her knowledge of the property market. Dominic was my regular contact and always gave me feedback following each viewing, which I really appreciated. After approx 8 viewings an offer was made which I accepted. Dominic has been our main point of contact and has guided us through the ups and downs of the sales process with calmness and professionalism. GooglePoor estate agent for many reasons: 1. Selling property of former employees without relevant disclosure on listing. 2. "Blacklist" viewings if you do not immediately buy the first property you see or put an offer that conflicts with protecting the interests of point 1. 3. Do not follow-up calls after viewings. EDIT: 100% the Windsor Branch. Assuming that you are not representing several properties of former employees that you’re not disclosing - you should be able to very easily locate the person and property in question. Your practises are in violation of section 32 of the estate agents act as well as generally neglecting to call back enquires from people and internally “blacklisting” them which is again in conflict of the estate agents act.

We have absolutely no record of you on our system and whilst I understand your sentiment at having received a substandard service, I'm afraid your disappointment is misdirected. I'd appreciate it if you could remove your review with immediate effect, you've got the wrong agent.
