GoogleSo far so good! As our sale is not yet completed. But so far, Rikki and the team at Hardings have been great. Communication was our main issue with the last agent, but we did mention this to Hardings and they have been doing a lot better with it. And that goes for the whole team, especially Rikki in the last couple of weeks after securing an offer for us!

GoogleHad a complicated start coming to Harding’s to find a rental property with some changes in staffing internally, however, once Mollie took over my inquiry, she handled the process flawlessly & insured I got the home I wanted & needed. I must also give a special mention to Jackie & Shelley who have also been a great help no matter how impatient I got! Great team & lovely people!

GoogleHighly recommend Darcy and the sales team at Hardings. I've been searching for a new home for a while now and have found Darcy at Hardings to be really helpful, personal and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about the properties, area and even the neighbours. Refreshing to find a truthful agent. If I was selling a property in Windsor I wouldn't hesitate to list with Hardings.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through Hardings and, as house buying goes, it was a very positive experience. Rikki was really helpful throughout the process, from helping me to find a suitable place, through to helping to get things over the line with the purchase. Rikki and Darcy were even helping me source lights for the house at one point. A great team of people.

GoogleThere is a reason why the majority of houses for sale in central Windsor have Hardings boards outside them. They sell houses! I can't rate the Hardings team highly enough. Louisa, Melicia, and Amy stepped into a very tricky environment 9 months ago. They advised, counselled and comforted as required to help us sell our house. It has been a huge relief to have Louisa and the team a call away. They have been super-responsive, reliable and utterly dependable. They have made a really difficult and stressful process as pain-free as possible and you would be quite mad to trust the sale of your beloved Windsor house to any other agent (trust me I've experienced a few!)

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Hardings. My experience was a bit mixed. There are some really great people who helped me a great deal through the whole purchase process. More on that later but first I want to highlight my disappointment that my initial accepted offer was allowed to be unfairly gazumped and that process was not handled very well. That sale fell through and the same property eventually came back to me and from then on, it was a mostly smooth process. Milica Fletcher and Panos Laskaris were the 2 main people I interacted with. They were super helpful throughout the multiple viewings I had with them before finalising on the property we bought. Panos was the agent assigned for my property purchase and he went out of his way to ensure all of my concerns were handled correctly and quickly. He is genuinely a nice person and at least gave me the impression that he cared about my interest too as as buyer and not just about the seller. I can definitely recommend to choose Hardings for the purchase/selling process. A couple of other people I interacted with left a slightly bitter taste in the mouth but such people always exist in all walks of life. I cannot speak highly enough about Panos. If you are buying/selling, specifically ask for Panos and I can assure you that you won't regret and will have an absolutely smooth process throughout.

GoogleWarning: Avoid this company! They are scammers! They hire cleaners for flats but refuse to pay after the work is completed. They don’t respond to emails, messages, or calls. They collect payment from landlords but fail to pay the cleaning companies they hire. I will report this to the relevant authorities. They still owe me for cleaning a property at Paddock Gate. Avoid working with them at all costs!

GooglePanos Laskaris is the jewel in the Hardings crown! We have had the pleasure in dealing with him to secure our sons first home. It’s taught me something very important if you want to sell your home don’t go anywhere else as their client needs are at the heart of what they do. From the start of the negotiations to that exchange of contract we knew exactly where we are at and I am sure the vendors were as thrilled as we are! Thanks so much Panos!

GoogleWow what an amazing multidisciplinary Hardings Estates agency team! From day one Panos Laskaris, also his colleague Jayde and team were very caring, had a friendly and professional approach. The team were easy to contact, they listened and tried to help as best as possible. My move was made so much easier as I felt I could trust Panos and Jayde, I did not feel embarrassed to ask for guidance when required. Moving can be a very stressful and worrying time however it is especially helpful to have such an amazing team supporting through every step of the way.
