Daniel and his team, in particular Jilly Wellman and George Hughes were outstanding. Our sale was complicated by the fact that we live overseas and I must say that Daniel and the team genuinely provided levels of support and service that went far far above the job description of estate agent. This sale would not have happened without them. At every turn, Daniel was a calm source of trusted guidance. The fact that it was clear that he also empathised with and was respectful of the buyer's interest was reassuring that the guidance was fair balanced and likely to be correct. We recently used Strutt and Parker to purchase a property. Diana Steer was just AMAZING, a pleasure to deal with, so professional, excellent communication skills and customer service all round. At times the sale process became a bit stressful due to delays with solicitors and some issues further down the chain. Diana was so calm and reassuring throughout, she deserves all the credit in the world for her listening skills and patience. Thank you Diana! We have recently moved into a property, let and managed by Strutt & Parker Ascot. Upon moving into the property, we noticed a few problems within the house, general wear and tear but concerning to ensure the house remains un-damaged. Philippa Ives has been our representative, and has been more than helpful, professional, and extremely efficient with managing and rectifying any problems that we have brought to her attention. This is very comforting when you have a 1-year-old running around, and refreshing in todays market. Highly recommend using the agency for renting or selling your property.

We worked extensively with Emma Creffield (nee Smith) on finding our home. We did not deal with other S&P representatives, so this review relates specifically to Emma. In an industry notorious for for its "sharp" dealings, Emma was a standout exception. She was unfailingly professional, helpful, empathetic, understanding of our foibles, respectful, and polite. She had an uncanny ability to intuit just the right amount of nudging: not pushy, and not standoffish. Our interaction with Emma spanned about 4 years of us blowing hot and cold. She was never frustrated (at, at least, never showed it!), and always considerate of our circumstances. In the end, we did not buy through her because the house for us was with another agent. We were genuinely sad about this -- even feeling apologetic. Anyone who ends up buying or selling via Emma is in luck.
