Very friendly staff. However we had to correct and re-write quite a lot of the sales brochure to correct errors. Greater background and checking of prospective purchasers would have helped plus more proactive post viewing feedback and follow up. Achieved a good sale price in the end though.

GoogleStrutt & Parker has just sold an large Edwardian houseof mine, converted into 4 apartments with two 'sitting' tenants, a wooded and overgrown garden and potholed drive. A difficult sale and yet I got my price and the sales team could not have been more efficient, supportive and helpful at every stage and all done with a smile. Five stars definitely.

Watch out from this property management. They steal your money and they don’t do anything. I have a roof leak reported several times for a year and they just don’t care. People leave shoes and personal belongings in common areas which is forbidden for fire hazards, and they don’t do anything. Very bad.
