Their Lettings department leaves a lot to be desired. Nice people (when you can get hold of them) but totally ineffective. Have had to wait several days/weeks for simple issues to be fixed over the past two and a half years.

We purchased through Savills. Millie at the Sunningdale office was brilliant. When things needed a push along she was great in assisting us. Always answered questions quickly through email, phone and text. She helped us in 'encouraging' the chain to commit to a date and was instrumental in getting commitment both up and down the chain.
