GoogleIf you are looking to sell your house I can highly recommend Coopers. Thank you so much to the team at Maidenhead. David worked tirelessly to sell my house and was always honest with me. The best thing was that if I needed to get hold of David, even if he wasn’t available he contacted me back quickly - I never had to chase him! I was always made to feel like a priority even though there would have been much higher value sales. Thank you also to Chloe who I dealt with briefly, but the whole team are all really efficient. The style here is less stiff and corporate than many agents, which I liked.

Very unprofessional! I dealt with this agent by the name Honor-Charlotte Peters for quite sometime now, however even though I’ve put full asking price offers on multiple properties each and every time i got rejected by her! On the last occasion offer was put through as soon as got advertised without viewing it(full asking price+ 6 months upfront payment) and Honor stated that the landlord is happy with the offer, only moving in date needs to be agreed on sooner to which I accepted it. That same day Honor continue to show the property to other people and then she came back asking to increase in price even though full asking price was offered and wanted to pay holding deposit on the same day to which she retracted the statement by saying that offer hasn’t been accepted!
