From a landlord’s perspective, Kate and Rosie have been very helpful and thorough throughout the rental process. I appreciate their prompt communication and the fact that they always follow up their phone calls with an email so we’re all on the same page and can easily refer back to the written communication so there’s never any doubt. They are both very professional and proactive and have made the rental process very easy. I also appreciated the “open house’ viewing of the property which was a much more efficient method of showing the property to multiple applicants on the same day. Our current tenants were very appreciative of this as well. The fact that our property was leased within the first 5 viewings is a bonus! Thanks, Kate and Rosie, for going above and beyond and for always answering my questions and queries promptly and efficiently.

Chancellors Sunningdale has been an excellent estate agency. I have rented through them twice and on each occasion have received the best service from all their staff. They were quite good in understanding my needs and were very accommodating in arranging viewings, scheduling meeting. Also they didn’t charge any fee upfront and were very focused on getting me the right property. Speacial thanks to Tabrez from Sunningdale office who was very helpful throughout the letting process. He is immensely knowledgable of the market and is always open to accomodate customers needs. Very good experience overall!

The worst ever agency I've ever deal with.Absolute unprofessional and unkind attitude.For six months contract i have around 200 useless emails and still can't get my deposit back after 1 month and a half. Never get a property trough Chancellors agency. There is forum group with around 200 Bulgarian families around the area and i keep advising them never use this agency.Unprofessional continuous failure to do all task.And it's not just me 90% unhappy.What an agency why you are still on the market how?

Omg, boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year. I spoke to Sarah, Courtney and Danny the gas engineer and had the most fabulous customer service ever. Danny facetimed me (bless him- had had to look at my morning face) after Courtney called him out and explained the issue. Danny talked me through it and I fixed it in ten seconds instead of him having to come all the way out. I am so genuinely pleased with this service. Thanks for coming to work today.

I've been more than happy with the way that Isabelle Jakovljevic has been managing the rental of my property since she took over a few months ago. If I have a query or a question she comes back to me quickly always following up with email confirmation of our conversation and I couldn't be happier that the management of my property is being looked after in this way. Isabelle is always pleasant and courteous and nothing appears to be too much trouble for her however small. Excellent service!

I recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. Id like to thank our property manager Simon Butt for being so helpful every step of the way with our property. It is our first rented accomodation and the house was not ready when we moved in. Locks and windows did not work, the washing machine broke within a month and service men have been called out on around 4 seperate occasions but Simon was there with an answer as soon as we asked him for help and handled everything. If not for him then the whole sitation would have been so much more stressful but he was there replying to emails and calling repairmen as soon as we found a problem. Any problems were resolved within a week or two. Thank you for all your hard work, quick responses and for being a great support line for us!

I'm giving 1 star, because 0 stars is not available. We moved out of our rented property 2 months ago, after a 5 year tenancy, of which we had numerous problems with Chancellors. Starting the day before we moved in, it never improved and got worse with each year, to the point I would get dizzy and light headed upon seeing an email from them knowing that it would turn into a saga to be resolved. To really top it all off, we are still battling with them over the fees they have deducted from our deposit, of which one fee we have already paid and proven we have paid by supplying bank statements. They don't care and have ignored it. Simon Butt, Manager of Thameside Property Management has been completely unhelpful and has failed to supply us with details of our account and copy invoices which we requested a month ago and have requested every week since. We suspect his role is to stall us until we are no longer able to raise a claim via the TDS, which is why we want these invoices. A disgusting company to deal with, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When we were looking to buy our current house, we didn't even look at adverts marketed with Chancellors as couldn't bear to deal with them again. Feb 2018: Just wanted to update this to say we received back the money taken from our deposit we were disputing with no real explanation why they gave in. I can only assume because they had no evidence of the ‘invoices’ they were referencing, and my persistence paid off. Result for us, as I was close to giving up - it had become about the principle though to me and I NEEDED to have the last word after the years of incompetence we experienced from them.
