GoogleWe have recently sold our house through Newton Rowe. Hazel has guided us through the whole process from start to finish in a very professional, trustworthy and friendly manner, she made selling our home very easy. All the staff are very attentive and their local and market knowledge is excellent. Newton Rowe was recommended to us and we would highly recommend them too. Well done to you all and thank you so much for making selling our house a good experience.

GoogleI have just sold a property in Windlesham through Newton Rowe. Unlike previous agents operating in the area, I found dealing with Paul Rowe to be far more relaxing and conducive to maintaining good relations. None of the pushy attitude, self-gratification, empty promises and hot air I experienced with a previous agent I mistakenly commissioned, but a rather more calm and measured approach, with realistic expectations and no promises that can't be realised. As an example, I found Paul's colleagues from a prior company he worked with to be more likely to blow his trumpet than he would ever do himself! A rare trait for an estate agent and much appreciated. Paul always has time to discuss your sale or purchase and it's quickly clearly apparent that he knows the market exceptionally well. I must also not forget to mention Hazel Porter, his trusty elegant sidekick, who would always be the charming and efficient person you'd like to show around your potential buyers or chat on the phone about opportunities and updates. Flexible, friendly, efficient and low key. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe originally came across Newton Rowe in our Tenancy, they were very handy and had a lot of local knowledge! Once we had been served notice on our property, in a number of weeks they had paired us with our perfect property with our offer being accepted prior to the property being released to the market. They then kept us up to date throughout the whole process and would recommend them to anyone. A very friendly & professional business!

GooglePast experiance has left me with a mistrust of estate agents generally. Not so with Newton Rowe where Sarah gave me sound advice at the start and then made every effort to bring th transaction to a successful conclusion keeping both myself and the buyer updated both in and out of office hours. I would not hesitate to seek her help next time.

GoogleWe were very happy with the personal service received from Hazel and Paul, who were incredibly helpful in the sale of our property in difficult personal circumstances. We had originally used other estate agents but things did not progress smoothly with them and we changed to Newton Rowe following a personal recommendation from a friend and could not have been happier with our decision to go with Newton Rowe.

FacebookPaul and Hazel @ Newton Rowe are the dream team to deal with in business, their calm, professional, friendly approach was greatly appreciated. Their service was impeccable, they were always at the end of the phone when needed, keeping me up to date and appraised at all times, a real rarity in my opinion.. They both went above and beyond the call of duty during my sale, i simply do not have enough words to recommend them highly enough. Buying and selling a property is right up there as one of the most stressful transactions we do but it was made less stressful as I felt I had their backing and support throughout the whole process.

GoogleI have just sold my house through this firm .and they were excellent. Paul Rowe is a fantastic estate agent. Someone you can completely trust to get the best possible outcome for you. This firm has totally restored my faith in estate agents. They quoted me the cheapest quote too. If you live in this area, sell or buy through them because they totally took so much stress away from me.

GoogleSelling with Newton Rowe, and just exchanged. Paul and Hazel have been professional throughout, great marketing and house under offer within a couple of hours of going on the market. NR have pushed the sale the whole way, and kept a good dialog between the seller and I. Their efforts have made up for my poor choice of solicitor. I would recommend NR to anybody selling, they price appropriately, are driven to sell, and they deliver.

GoogleFrom the moment Paul and Hazel marketed our house to the day we completed the service and the help that they have provided has been exceptional. Professional with years of local knowledge and experience. We lost our buyer, our exchange was delayed and at every stage they were contactacable, answering calls well into the evening and seven days a week. I would recommend Newton Rowe without hesitation.
