GoogleI couldn't be happier with the service we received from Newton Rowe. Both Hazel and Paul have been super efficient and went above and beyond to ensure our deadline was met, the team have been amazingly responsive and made our experience a pain free process. They were always there to answer any queries we had, and were extremely accommodating when we needed to squeeze in additional viewings. As a smaller/independent agency they like to look after their customers and deliver the best possible service. I will definitely be using Newton Rowe in the future, I cant thank them/ recommend them enough.

GoogleREVIEW: If there are Sellers out there in the, sometimes, crazy world of Property La La Land who think that a small, local estate agent would not be as efficient (or have a net big or weighty enough to reel in many serious buyers) as one of the larger BIG name agents, then think again! We have recently sold our beautiful listed family cottage through Newton Rowe, a small local agent in Windlesham. Hazel and Paul gave meticulous advice and personal service at every turn and their feedback was a positive and reassuring process before, during and after the sale. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We wish them, and the young family who bought the cottage, every success for the future!

Nothing is too much trouble for them; they are at the end of the phone whenever you need them. Through the stressful times of buying and selling property, they are there to guide you, professionally and efficiently. You are a friend and not just a client. Paul's friendly approach at the start of the engagement and customer collaboration (letting me have huge say in the brochure, for example) and Hazel's always on the ball updates and pro-activity made me feel in safe hands. In these kind of transactions I as the customer usually have to ask to be kept informed, repeatedly; Newton Rowe were one party who made me feel like somebody was actually driving the bus I was on. We even found time to hve a bit of a wry laugh at it all. Nice people, top service. No hesitation to recommend

The house sold very quickly and when lockdown happened they closely managed the sale through to successful completion.
