We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. Sarah at Newton Rowe is the complete opposite of all the things that give estate agents such a poor reputation! I can not recommend her highly enough and as long as I'm in the area she covers I would not consider using any other estate agent. Not only is she highly professional, thorough and a fantastic communicator, she is also warm, friendly and personable, coming across as genuine and honest which is not always the impression your average estate agent gives! She is very transparent in her communications and also works outside traditional office hours when necessary which is a real added bonus. After selling a property and then a long period of searching I have had experience of many agents. Sadly I didn’t end up buying through Newton Rowe in the end because the house I bought was not listed with them. Of all the agents, bar one, Newton Rowe was the only one who acted with decency and honesty. We bought our house via Newton Rowe, our sellers previous sale fell through and she then chose to swap to a new agent as she was uncomfortable with her previous agents scruples. Our seller definitely made the right choise, Paul at Newton Rowe was flexible and accommodating when we needed to move a viewing time, patient and understanding when we requested a third viewing before offering. Hazel was absolutely lovely to deal with, so friendly, helpful and proactive throughout the purchase period, she did everything possible to keep the purchase on track. I would have no hesitation what so ever in using Newton Rowe again in the future - although I do feel we are now in our longterm home - so it might be in another 30 years or so! Highly recommended.
