GoogleWhen Samantha & Phil initially viewed the property, they made many helpful suggestions as to how to present the house in the best light, without spending loads of money. We took on board their improvement suggestions and uncluttered the house for the photo session. We participated in the wording and photo selection but the final brochure and web pages exceeded our expectations. The result was a very early sale offer, within a few days of marketing and at the asking price. We had already bought a property to move into which required drawing down on some investments to fund it. The early sale meant we could replace the investments quickly without losing income or paying tax. Ashdown Jones team are great to work with at every stage and well worth the extra fee. This wasn’t a fluke as when that buyer pulled out with ‘domestic issues’ it was remarketed and under offer again within 48 hours and the sale completed in under 4 weeks. That only happens with a clear marketing strategy, excellent communication and great ‘personability’. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
