They are withholding a portion of our deposit despite the inventory checkout report stating the property was returned in the same condition as it was when we moved in. The staff are awfully inexperienced, ignorant of dealing with people and they have high churn by front facing inexperienced staff (on low salaries no doubt). Heartless and soulless business. Never ever deal with them for lettings.
