FacebookPossibly the worst estage agent in Hampshire. Crap at looking after a managed property and they seem to think it's OK to put rowdy noisey students in. Slamming doors foul laungage and filth piling up. Look forward to a to let sign with Martin and Co on. Enyojy the noise and crap you'll get. They are crap at looking after the garden. See pics....
They have cut the grass. I had to clear up after them and now the knott weed looking plant is spreading into my garden. Can't wait to sell and move away from this shambles of a student let. I live next door to a business and the property is owned by the printers copyman. Of course I'll never consider using Martin and Co.

Appalling lack of integrity and disregard - I cannot quite understand how an operations manager can be so dishonourable, particularly when it involves a young student? A shameful person who is also quite happy to blame his staff rather than take responsibility for his failings. I am so angry with him for causing such catastrophic mayhem for my daughter that I cannot continue writing this review. Parents and students beware!

GoogleVery inconsiderate agents and staff at this agency. Agents have parked in incorrect spaces and been very rude when asked to move their cars. Also have caused large messes and disturbances in shares areas. I've found them uninformed about their properties and reluctant to change their practices when asked politely.
