Very poor and irresponsible letting…

Very poor and irresponsible letting agents, terrible communication by staff who were on occasions badly spoken and rude, absolutely no consistency. My son was in a multiple occupancy property, one of several owned by Alnire Limited, & became ill, a particular tenant was threatening and no duty care or intervention was made by the letting agent. Not only was the rent paid for months whilst they were dilly dallying with a new tenant that pulled out, but a charge of over £1,000 was made for the unnecessary replacement of a door! Its's shocking how young people are taken advantage of. BTW the single room was tiny and the property not maintained.

Its always a pleasure to deal with Martin & Co in Winchester and we have now organised multiple properties through them. Georgie, Steve & Emily in the lettings team are a real credit to the business - always very friendly, knowledgable and proffesional.
