GoogleAbsolutely disgusting company who treat students terribly. You have a professional clean done on move out but this company say it isn't clean and try to claim an extortionate amount for another clean, thankfully my daughter had me and I took this to a deposit dispute and won. I would say all students be warned before renting through this company and if they try to take any of your deposit dispute it, take photos for evidence and keep correspondence from move in to move out

GoogleAwful. Do not use. I do not know where to begin with this company. In all my experiences with estate agents, never have I been treated so disgracefully. The list of issues encountered is too long to list in one review. However, the most simple way of summarising the entirety of complications, is the lack of care given. It has been 6 weeks since any communication has been relayed on the status of my deposit return, including multiple phone calls and emails to understand the hold up. Multiple excuses, no action. Do not use.

GoogleSo pleased with Martins. Always on the ball and focused on doing a decent job. have used many different agents over the years and finally found one that is professional and cost aware both for the landlord and tenants. Ive heard that Martins is one of the fastest growing lettings specialists in the area - not surprised, I wouldn't now go anywhere else.
