GoogleMy experience has been amazing so far. Piers has been extremely patient, knowledgable and committed to helping me find a rental. His kept in contact over the weeks and touched base, even when I was hot and cold and unsure of area choice and whether Winchester would be suitable, he still stayed consistent. Absolutely brilliant service and would recommend to anyone!

TrustpilotDO NOT RENT FROM THEM
I leased a room from them at first everything was okay but I moved out on the 5th of August and they still have not got my deposit back. I’ve called, wrote emails and nothing! I had it professionally cleaning I only stayed about 8 months so I didn’t do anything to the room because it was only a temp stay due to work. It’s disgusting behaviour and I would NOT recommend them at all!

GooglePiers at martin and co was very accomodating when showinh houses to our group, and drew comparisons between properties to aid our decision. Once we had decided on a property, Emily gave us a clear checklist for what was required of us and answered any questions we had. Considering we were choosing a student property for quite late in the year they made great effort to undertake the process in a timely manner Furthermore for my next year's property i was attended by alex, who arrived on time and offered me a lift afterwards to avoid the rain. She was also very helpful in finding a property to fit my criteria. although i had no questions to ask at the viewing she seemed prepared to answer if necessary

We had Georgie as our estate agent, and she was incredibly lovely and understood exactly what we needed in a house. She has been a huge help to us throughout our final year.
