Agent replied
Dear ‘Boy Boy’, We can only presume from your insensitive and sensationalist ‘review’ that you have not endured the misfortune of suffering cancer, either directly or by anyone close to you. I hope you never do. Your review is anonymous, unsubstantiated and insincere. Ordinarily we take great interest in the reviews we receive, both good and bad, and hope to derive constructive feedback such to improve the service we offer Landlords and Tenants. In this instance, however, this is not possible.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
