Dear Charlotte, We're sorry to see your rating, especially as you are not actually a client or tenant of Belgarum and have had no direct dealing with us. It is a shame, as fake and insincere ratings rather undermine the value of the review system. Nevertheless, we wish you well.

Dear Mr. Ward, Thank you for your review. You have chosen not to elaborate on your experience beyond leaving a rating. We have no record of you as a customer either for sales or lettings and no record of any enquiry or contact with Belgarum Estate Agents. Please contact me @ john.leeson@belgarum.com with a little more detail of your experience with Belgarum and I will be happy to look into it for you personally. Many thanks.
