Beals (Lauren in particular) have been great and very helpful in our buying process. They have also been a big help during our selling process even though this was done privately. After an absolute nightmare and a long 8 months of our previous buyer falling through, things have been done very speedily and we have also been kept up to date with the process. Beals stole our £2.5k deposit despite leaving the house exactly how it was when we moved in. Contacted Molly Mae who put me through to Hayley Gooding and Kirsty Millis. They both ignored my emails over and over again, obviously hoping I would get bored and eventually give up. They are still yet to reply and refusing to engage at all in any talk of the stolen deposit. While we were living in the house (that was full of black mould just to add), they would often email saying we hadn’t paid rent even though all of us had. They obviously thought they could squeeze more out of us, hoping we weren’t paying close attention. DO NOT rent from this company, they will steal whatever they can if you let them.

One of my questions she didn't know the answer but got back to me the next day. Was a great viewing unfortunately not quite right for me. We have awarded Beals 3 stars only because we did not quite get over the line after 12 months. This might not be too fair given market conditions. We could not fault the efforts made, especially by Sarah and lately Akshay and Holly. At all times pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. My only regret is that we didn’t work with Akshay sooner.
