Marcus and his sales agents were superlative in all their actions and utterly trustworthy in my dealings with them throughout what was a long and complicated sale. Though no fault of theirs we had a sale fall through and another near failure before completion was finally achieved. They make you sign up to a “free” lifetime legal trial which if you forget to cancel (easy to do throughout a busy buying process) costs you £8 a month, without any reminders to cancel this. I have now had this for this for 17 months without needing any of their services or receiving a single email from them to let me know I have a subscription! If this was one of my elderly relatives, they would have never noticed. Scam. Furthermore, when my seller sadly passed away throughout the course of my purchase they failed to let me know, leaving me to discover it through another agency that works with this same landlord.

We can't praise Paul Mannell & the team at the Wimbledon Broadway branch enough. We had Paul round for an initial valuation and he was by far the best agent we had out of the 10 different ones we tested with. However we received and accepted an offer through a different agent which was too good to pass up and sadly we experienced the worst handling and buyer possible with that agent. After a very frustrating 15 weeks we walked away from that agent, our sale and annoyingly our purchase. We immediately listed with Paul and saw first hand the people skills he had and refreshing approach and within 8 days of instruction we had 10 different viewings and offer accepted with a much better buyer at a great price with Paul even managing to save our purchase. 11 weeks (over the xmas period) later and we'd completed and moved into our new home which we also bought through Paul and team. There's no doubt that Paul will be our agent in future.

Very positive experience with Hawes & Co Wimbledon as we bought and sold a house through them. They are trustworthy, friendly and know their stuff and the local market very well. Marcus Short was our main contact and he made the process as stress-free and easy as possible despite slightly challenging times due to the economic climate. Throughout the process Marcus kept us pro-actively informed and was always at hand to answer our questions and steer the events forward in a subtle but efficient way. Marcus felt like our 'partner' throughout the whole process and helped us navigate the ups and downs in the best possible way - as a result we secured a price we were very happy with on the sale of our property and the sale was very efficiently steered through too

I throughly recommend Hawes and Co estate agents. They were superb and looked after us throughout the whole process of buying our first home. Misha provided us with an outstanding service! He saw our case from start to finish and was constantly on both our solicitors back and the sellers solicitors back. Misha’s communication was superb, he was always updating us with progress even when he was on holiday abroad, he was also more than happy to stay at the office late when it helped us.
