Beyond Terrible. Worst buy . Bad workmanship no customers service . No ones interested in helping resolve problems. So Disappointed with our purchase. Kitchen dysfunctional . Carpets fitted badly. Poor finish in bathrooms. Purchased before completed big mistake garden not big enough to put a shed up . As for the House Rising damp ! We moved in May 2019

Awful customer care, terrible communication. Empty promises about after care. We have been handed from one person to the next and have had to chase every linden representative available in order to sort our "2 week" snag list. We still have outstanding jobs such as lights not working, mould on ceiling and a shower door not closing. Our experience has been upsettingly stressful.

Bought a house in Malton through Linden Homes and the service was first class, site manager was on hand almost immediately to deal with our snags and one or two small issues, currently in the process of selling to upgrade through Linden Homes again at Cayton Reach due to work relocation, extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

If I could give a minus I would! I’m a resident of Methuen Drive we’ve had nothing trouble with Linden and Quinn developments and yesterday to put the icing on the cake a neighbour was punched to the ground in an unprovoked attack by two builders for unloading his shopping outside his home

Be warned, STAY WELL AWAY. The worst New Home I have every purchased. Shocking build quality with endless snagging list and with Linden Homes in no particular hurry to rectify. Do yourself a favour and leave well alone. Bunch of Cowboys.

We bought 3 bedroom house from Cranbrook, Exeter. We're very delighted with the quality of our new home. Absolutely fantastic customer service before and after sale. Thank you very much for Simon proper gentleman and the rest of the sales team also Michaela and the rest of the after sales team. Would definitely recommend Linden homes to anyone.

As a former sales executive for linden homes I have experienced the good and the bad. I feel for the customers as they are sold the dream and that is what they should recieve . The reality is not so, this company bullies their staff and does not comply to messages they spout of being an equal and fair employer.

Customer service is awful. The time it takes to resolve issues would be better spent working over time so you can buy a better house so you don't have to settle for Linden Homes. Months for a toilet seat. It's a joke. This is one of many many issues

Wouldn’t ever buy from linden again - had a gas explosion/leak within a week of being in the property as someone hasn’t tightened metal work properly. Dangerous communal areas with service charges which are ridiculously high for no service or maintenance done, appalling customer service when you do try to rectify things! Don’t buy!

Unfortunately despite contacting Linden Homes several weeks ago about an issue where they have allowed Leylandi on property they own to grow out of control less than 1m from my home (which was built by Stamford Homes - who they now own) I STILL AWAIT a response from the relevant department. They have just not bothered.

Too many catastrophic trials and tribulations to list. If you want to know just how inept, immoral and cavalier a builder can be, check out the nomorejerrybuilt web pages. Ten years later they are hiding behind Statutory Limitations protection so I have no choice but to foot the £30,000 bill for repairs due to shoddy workmanship.

The homes they build are NOT SAFE. They used highly flammable building materials and have refused to take responsibility. Due to this it's not possible to get a mortgage company to lend for a mortgage on one of their (illegal) properties but even if it was.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Linden Homes is only worthy of 1 star. We have experienced numerous problems with Linden Homes Heathlands Development, Frimley. They have not finished the housing estate to an acceptable, livable condition. The communal areas have been left in a dangerous state, stinking bathrooms and drain issues, no maintenance and appalling customer services.

Terrible company, do not waste your money. Negligent practices, long list of issues that are quite serious and absolute lack of care. If you have 3 years to engage in pointless conversations and waste a great deal of money than speak to these guys they are expert cowboys.

Linden negotiated a price and sold my vulnerable elderly Mother a house, took her deposit, signed an agreement and left her to fall in love with the place only to ring her two weeks later to demand a further £20k. They use sharp practice of the worst kind and are completely untrustworthy. Avoid

We bought a new build, 5 bedroom detached home. Minimal snags, 18 months on and we are still happy. We'll, replaced the kitchen tap, but otherwise, our reservations about new builds and Linden are gone.Great sturdy materials. Good craftsmanship.
