GoogleWatching my sister trying to complete this online, the App crashed on several occasions and information was lost. Photos took ages to download despite her phone being fully up to date. Really frustrating and I would imagine if someone wasnβt very technologically literate they would have a hard time. When she telephoned for advice about a timing issue which was caused by a miscommunication by the agent to the property owner, she was advised she would need to complete the inventory in the time frame, despite the property not being clean(it will be cleaned by the owner in a weeks time) The company reported rooms as tidy and clean when they were not clean. When asked Inventory Hive advised her that cleaning was subjective! Not impressed. Canβt blame the owner, but not sure why the agent uses it. Not helpful for incoming occupiers.

GoogleI have been liaising with Alex quiet frequently in the last couple of weeks. He has helped me tremendously and has answered all of my questions, even the silly ones without hesitation. He has gone above and beyond, even to the extent in making quick tutorials to demonstrate what I need to do. His service is impeccable and I appreciate all the help he has given so far. With me being not so techy I find Inventory Hive easy to use and navigate. I have thoroughly enjoyed using the system and the more I familiarise myself with it, the more it is becoming second nature to me.

Cue the land and new homes network team to give us the motivation , direction and structure Clearly they have immense experience in their sector but in addition to that we have been very impressed with their efficiency , and robust systems and procedures to get the job done. It has also been a pleasure to work with these guys as they are a team that want to get results for you with Kevin Ellis overseeing our objectives with a disciplined eye for keeping the strategy on track .

Inventory Hive has absolutely no involvement in any dispute/disagreement you may have with your property management provider. Inventory Hive does not provide an outsourced service. We merely provide a software platform for the creation of property inspection reports, but we do not create the reports ourselves. Property management businesses pay for a licence to use our software and they are the βData Controllersβ in GDPR terms. In other words, they are responsible for the input and the contents of any inspection reports they create. We are βData Processorsβ in the same way someone uses say Microsoft word. Of course, if someone types a letter in Microsoft word, Microsoft are not responsible for the contents of the letter, as they are only processing the data.
