I honestly don’t think Kevin realises just how much of a difference he has made to me and to Whitlocks. Being part of the Land & New Homes Network has been amazing for our business. The knowledge, guidance and support we’ve received have been instrumental in growing our Land and New Homes department, and Kevin and his team feel very much like an extension of our own. What makes such a difference is how hands-on Kevin is. We’re regularly on Zoom calls working through opportunities, coming up with ideas and looking at how we can get the best outcome for our clients. Alongside the in-person visits, ongoing mentoring and consultancy, he’s always at the end of the phone. You feel properly supported through the work you’re doing, and for me, that’s been invaluable. He also just completely gets it. His experience across estate agency, property and Land and New Homes means he understands what we’re dealing with day to day. He’ll often see an opportunity or suggest a way forward that I hadn’t considered, and his advice is something we can actually put into practice. He’ll give you his honest opinion and help find a solution, always with your and your clients’ best interests at heart. Kevin and I speak pretty much every day, and the friendship we’ve built means so much to me. However much he has going on, he always makes time. Having someone with that much knowledge and experience who also really cares about you, your team and your future is quite rare to find. What’s also been incredible is how he’s helped shape the next phase of Whitlocks. I had this idea in my head for what I wanted the business to become, but I couldn’t quite work out how to fit it all together. Kevin took the time to understand it, built on it, shaped it and almost handed it back to me as a proper project with a clear way forward. It still felt like my idea, but his experience and connections helped me see how much more it could become and how we could make it happen. From our branding and marketing to how all our services fit together, he’s helped me look beyond the day to day and think about where we’re going long term. That little concept in my head is now becoming the next phase of our business. And I have to mention his marketing team, Bread and Butter, because they are unbelievable. Everything they produce looks classy, clear, sophisticated and timeless, and works beautifully across different platforms. Their attention to detail is exceptional. They just get it, and they’re so good at turning an idea into something you feel proud to put your name to. I’ve noticed a real shift in my own mindset this year, and Kevin has played a huge part in that. Alongside everything he’s done to support the team and grow our Land and New Homes department, he’s helped me feel more confident about what we can achieve. I honestly couldn’t imagine my working life without him now. Kevin, thank you for all the time, thought and care you put into helping us, and for believing in what we’re trying to build. I’m so grateful for your honesty, your support and, most of all, your friendship. I’m really looking forward to many more years of working together and seeing everything we’ve been planning come to life.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is a well-deserved exception. We used Inventory Hive for over eight years and, at the outset, were understandably hesitant about moving from paper-based reporting to a fully digital system. It felt like a significant change at the time, but it quickly proved to be a major step forward for our business. Inventory Hive allowed us to work far more efficiently and produce reports at scale, which made a real difference to our day-to-day operations. Throughout our time with them, we have been consistently pleased with both the platform and the level of service provided. The only reason we have since moved on is due to the size of our portfolio, with over 15,000 properties, it made sense for us to invest in developing our own in-house software solution. Land and New Homes has been a game changer!

I have been a member of the land and new homes network for approaching four years. Like most agents that onboard with the networker great intentions and keen to get stuck in but the retail side of agency tend to drag you back into the trenches! I made a conscious decision after working with Kevin and Ian & listening to other members of the LNH Network how they managed to break free from their day to day agency shackles! So I promoted within and managed to create time to really focus on my land and new home’s business! I am a bit networker but the biggest challenge I found was the change of language! From 15 plus years purely B2C and then moving into a B2B environment was alien to me! Kevin, Ian, Victoria, George, Chris and all of the team have been super supportive! I have just been paid my first BIG land acquisition fee which has also galvanized my 2022 year with the exits (resales) without Kevin and the team I am not sure I would have had the ability or confidence to close this deal as at the site meeting I have the knowledge through the incredible ongoing training the networking provides to actually hold my own and add value to the process. The product is very intuitive and feels like an extension of your iPhone. The process is set in a good order and it certainly feels like the program completes much of the work for you. I am usually very cynical of these types of products and and probably a traditionalist in terms of the reports, however, this really does work, is easy to use and Mitch was excellent at explaining it and completing training. We use this software when we are completing our own inventories and we have third party providers as well. It is a great product and highly recommended
