GoogleStaff were helpful with the initial valuation where we discussed pricing options and photographs for the online advertisement. The small Devizes team kept abreast of any enquiries and information provided by us or any third parties which meant all the staff did their best to help. Once an offer was received Hunter French guided us to help achieve the best price. After the sale the process was very straight forward as solicitors took on the final processes with the agent just stepping in as necessary. My wife and I would be happy to recommend Hunter French to others.

GoogleI sold my house through Hunter French in December 2023 and cannot praise them highly enough. I have purchased and sold seven properties over the years and their service is way above and beyond any other estate agent I have used, they knock spots off all the national estate agents. The service they offer is quite brilliant. They are extremely professional giving support and advice during what can be an extremely stressful time for both seller and purchaser. I was delighted to welcome the entire Devizes team into my home from the start so they could all communicate with any potential buyers, it can be most frustrating and time wasting if one can only speak to a designated agent who is always on the other line and never phones back when one has a long list of questions! So well done Hunter French for recognising a gap and an opportunity to offer your customers the extra mile.
Thank you for your hard work, making me feel special and for selling my house to such a lovely family.

GoogleWe are so pleased to be buying our property through Hunter French. Everyone we have been dealing with are absolutely fantastic whenever something is required or needed. On Friday late morning, I've mentioned the gutter on the property I am purchasing was dislodged and leaking badly, it was already fixed by Saturday when I walked pass the house. A special thank you too to Beth; she was our favourite and preferred person to show us round potential houses out of all the Estate agents in Devizes... she was helpful, informative, honest with her comments when asked and not overbearing. Thank you all, you are great team.

GoogleSelling a house ? This estate agent, right from day-1 inspired confidence. Gave us the attention that others have not. Arranged an open viewing day for the first day they had access, multiple views including the Housing Association who bought it. Constant updates from the staff, Claire and Ryan became regular callers and kept us advised of the progress. Didn't waste anytime and responded to all requests in prompt fashion. Would we use them again ? Absolutely.

GoogleThe Devizes staff helped us through a complex sale process with good communication and lots of behind the scenes liaison with our buyer's agents and solicitors leading to a successful completion of sale.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Hunter French. From the initial visit by John, through to completion, the whole team were supportive, friendly and extremely professional. We dealt mainly with Ryan and Tom, who were superb, but all of the team made us feel welcome whenever we called in. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

GoogleWe used this estate agent to sell our house last year. Our main contact was Ryan whom we found to be extremely helpful, giving excellent advice but also listening to our ideas. When he wasn't available the team were knowledgeable about our situation and could stand in for him. We felt we had an excellent service.

GoogleHunter French did a brilliant job selling my late mum's apartment in Devizes. They were very professional and I was delighted with the service they provided. I was out of the country at the time and left them to it. I had great confidence in them.

GoogleVery disappointed about the level of rubbish that was left in the garden when I presume, as we were, the PIF asks for the house to be cleared of all rubbish. It cost us a skip to clear it all. No problems with Hunter French.

GoogleI cannot thank Hunter French Devizes enough. I have been selling from afar and at each step of the way they have provided excellent communication, superb local tradespeople recommendations and, above all, their talented sales expertise. I have also found their kind professionalism a great support. Having this to rely on has been a huge relief. Thank you so much!

GoogleCannot thank the team at Hunter French enough. Our sale was not the most straightforward, through no fault of their own, and they have worked tirelessly to make the whole process as seamless as possible. Always responsive, incredibly efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. I hope to buy and sell with them again in the future and wouldn't consider using anyone else!
