We were confident throughout that we'd made the right decision choosing HF. During the process of looking for our new house, we dealt with many agencies. This proved to be frustrating most of the time so it was always lovely to communicate with HF who were so kind and helpful. Claire valued our house at the start of our journey and we felt that she showed a genuine, sincere interest and continued on this path throughout. HF made each daunting process of moving easy for us supporting us every step of the way. Tom and Ryan were fantastic also showing a genuine interest and efficient in any queries we had along the way. I wouldn't even consider using any other agency - we dealt with a faire few during the process as I mentioned above but can honestly highly recommend HF. It was a joy to walk into their warm inviting office and even though they were always busy, they always had time for us. I basically decided to engage Hunter French to sell a property in Devizes because I had dealt with Ryan with regards to an EPC and he was so kind and helpful at a time when things were very difficult for me. I can honestly say that I did not regret this decision. I mainly dealt with Ryan, but Tom and the other members of the team were also great. Communication about the outcome of viewings and the progress of the sale was excellent. Any questions or worries I had were addressed sensitively and professionally, and I really feel that the whole process was handled with a human and personal touch (which can be rare in this digital age!). Selling a house can be scary, stressful and emotional and I am very grateful for the support that Ryan and the team gave me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have no hesitation in recommending Hunter French. They sold my apartment twice for me very quickly. Unfortunately the first time my husband became very ill, and we were unable to move, just as we approached exchange of contracts. Claire, John & Tom were very sympathetic and supportive during this difficult time, thinking more of me and my husband than losing their commission. I was therefore very keen to return to them in 2023 to give them the sale of my property again. As before they were just as professional and caring. I was delighted to know all the same warm and friendly team were in the office from years ago, with the welcoming addition of Beth & Ryan. They were all briefed well on my property, this enabled me to be able to speak to anyone in the office, with any concerns or queries. I never had to ring or chase for updates.
