GoogleI'm looking to purchase a property and have spoken with a number of agents in the Swindon and Dorset area, but found a number of them lacking in responsiveness and customer service skills. It was refreshing to engage with Anna who is clearly extremely professional, understands how to manage a prospective customer and is proud to represent the Allen & Harris team. GoogleI would highly recommend The swindon branch from my first enquiry to arranging my viewing to securing me the house. they have all been amazing and continue to be supportive by checking in on me and making sure my sale goes through has smooth has possible. I would highly recommend these guys they continue to offer advice on all aspects of moving.

GoogleDO NOT USE ALLEN & HARRIS SWINDON. The worst estate agent I've ever used. After several sales and rental offers falling through, I had to contact the buyer directly to get the final sale back on track. Including meeting the buyer at the property myself when staff said they were too busy! We collected the keys from them, and returned the keys 30 mins later, and they were all still sat at their desk with no customers. Unprofessional, poor communication, inexperienced, and lazy. They advertised the property for rent without written consent, sent contracts with the wrong details, poor communication lead to rental offers falling through, agent failed to turn up twice for a buyer who had travelled 45 minutes, inexperience led to frustration and missed timings as they didn't understand the process. My experience was so bad, I'm taking my complaints to the ombudsman. DO NOT USE FOR SALES OR LETTING.

GoogleFound Allen & Harris a very professional and friendly company. Unfortunately we didn't go ahead and buy with them, as we have found another property elsewhere. However, I have stopped here to say, that viewing done by Mark Woolhouse, was one of, if not the best viewing out all the ones we have had so far. I hope the rest of the process would be as good as the viewing.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely catastrophic. Incredibly poor disorganised service I recommend you avoid at all costs. When things go wrong and it costs you a lot of money the inexperienced staff you are able to contact can't do anything, the remote bosses are impossible to contact and hide behind their staff. You will have the feeling of friendly attention, but you are with the worst of the "Estate Agent" brigade - stay well clear.
