We have had the amazing experience of buying our first property with Sean Davis helping us every step explaining each process so we understood what was going on. He was helpful about the mortgage and even explaining what the solicitors were doing aswell. We were always kept in the loop of what was going on. Jeremy Kinch from Allen & Harris was a true professional, we had to have three independent valuations for a family members property, (actually got 4 just in case 1 estate agents were a no show). Jeremy was the only one who measured up, had an iPad which showed all his firms services and was the only one who took his time, the others were in and out very quickly. We joined as members of Sequence mortgage advisers when we bought a house from Allen and Harris (Swindon branch) in 2020. Since then we’ve remortgaged and moved house with the assistance and guidance from Sean Davis. Joining was the best decision made because Sean was always available for advice and help whenever we needed. He kept on top of the mortgage side of things for us and made both processes very easy and as stress free as possible. It really has been an invaluable service.
