We've been really happy so far! George (and David) have been in touch enough but not too much (no pestering), both down to earth and friendly and we haven't felt pressured at all. We had to impose a bit of a pause while we sort out the buying part as it took longer than expected to find a new property, but George and David have been fine with waiting and gave us the space needed. There has been no pressure from them at all. As soon as we were ready to go again everything has happened nice and speedy and smoothly. Very impressed, thanks folks :) Oh and Jamie in the mortgage bit is great too and came highly recommended! Overall, very happy so far!

We turned up earlier than expected from london and asked if there was any chance we could could see the property we were booked in for any earlier than the allotted appointment time , and they couldn’t be any more accommodating . We went to their offices and Tyler very kindly drove us to the house which by the way was wonderful . We had our offer accepted today which were overjoyed about. Unbelievable service from start to finish with the both the sale and purchase. Allen & Harris managed to find a buyer at asking price in a tough market before the property had even hit the market. Dave Sheridan was brilliant throughout, constantly chasing solicitors and updating us (often out of hours too!). Big shout out to Tyler for being very informative and professional with viewings and finally Jamie Stringer too for his work during the process, giving great advice and being extremely proactive with responses. Allen and Harris have provided a first-class service. From the initial interview and no-nonsense flat-fee through to the hard work in getting the sale over the line. Mark was fantastic in laying out the options at the interview, Catherine and Liam were on-the-ball in getting people into the property (so much so it sold before going online!) and David Sheridan’s tireless efforts in coordinating the solicitors and chasing the various stages meant I always felt in safe hands. Overall, I felt that the team at Allen and Harris provided a professional and thorough service which allowed the house sale to keep moving at all times. The experience I had with Adam Luker at Allen and Harris was nothing short of Perfect. We used Adam for our first mortgage, I was amazed by Adams professionalism and communication. It wasn’t just like having an Advisor who is true to his word and acted with dignity and du diligence at all points through the process. When we walked into his office there was questions that both me and my partner hadn’t thought of, truth be told we didn’t know much about anything to do with the House purchasing process. Adam took this with the care and sensitivity that anyone would want, he became someone who is personable In equal measure which for me was just amazing! He didn’t just make me and my partner feel like we were doing this, he became a key cog in our team moving us forward to our eventual completion. 100% would recommend him, will hopefully have the opportunity to remortgage with Adam again.
