A&H had to deal with one of the most difficult, awkward and obtuse sellers ever, my ex-wife. Despite her offending most of the team, they stuck with it, through thick and thin, and pushed the sale over the line. They were always brilliant, friendly and professional with me. Big kudos to Charlotte and Michelle for putting up with the terrible treatment, you never gave up! Thank you so much!

I could not recommend Allen and Harris, Clarkston highly enough to anyone swithering about who to sell their house with. The team in Allen and Harris have gone above and beyond my expectations. Attentitive, professional and friendly, I can't thank them enough for selling my house so quickly and the dedication they have shown towards my house sale. Thank you! If I move again, I'll have no doubt who to sell with.

When it comes to honoring commitments and customer service, Allen and Harris is the worst company to deal with. I've paid for my lease agreement but for the past 4days, it hasn't been treated. I've called more than 20times but no one is picking up. Seems they close by 12noon everyday now. Terrible Terrible bunch. Wouldn't recommend them.

GoogleWhat a great team! Having recently completed a sale with Allan and Harris in Devizes, I can honestly say they were fantastic from start to finish. Both Abi and Lee worked tirelessly to ensure the sale was progressing and did everything they could to push things through until the end. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

They are scammers. We paid a holding fee for a property to move on the 12th. They told us no on the 10th and kept our money £279. It is clearly a tactic they use since agency fees are gone. You let people pay a holding fee then tell them no and keep their money.Please don’t go for them. Scammers

GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with Matt & Lee regarding our recent move from Cumbria to Wiltshire. They were helpful, cheerful and positive throughout what was sometimes a harassing and fraught process. We would have no hesitation in dealing with them in the future, though our plans don’t include ever leaving our new property; and we would certainly recommend them to others.

Terrible company, refusing to organise viewings because we refuse to register with full details, no estate agent is a member of any professional governing body, so why trust them with your personal data, i asked them to sign an NDA agreement, they refused to sign, knowing this, i now know they would sell and abuse my personal infromation, Avoid!!

Allen & Harris Albany Road, cant valuate houses. Most lower priced houses all Standard £160,000 despite condition of property. Not good if your selling immaculate house, and same price as one that needs totally renovating in same/similar area. Insulting to selkers of nice properties
