I have enjoyed a 5 star experience! This is thanks to Courtney and Ellouise who have superb customer service skills, they made me feel like supporting our family was the reason they came to work! Their inter personal skills and utter professionalism was incredibly helpful in our case as we had some complex history that needed to be managed, Courtney and Ellouise grasped the problem, gave a solution and took action which ultimately meant that our daughter could move into her home, I am incredibly grateful to Courtney and Ellouise for their support. On moving into her home my daughter was left a lovely house warming welcome pack from Allen & Harris which was a really nice personal touch! Finally if Courtney and Ellouise’s managers read this post ~ your business is blessed to have two such great staff members, I really hope they are valued great staff are hard to find do not let them get away! I had the best experience with Allen and Harris in securing a rental property. Courtney was very flexible and accommodating in meeting me both for an initial view of the property and then a follow up viewing, given that I’m not local and had to fit it around working hours. Not only was Courtney accommodating but also was an exceptional point of contact throughout the process and also gave me so much useful information regarding living in the area, public transport links and even tips for getting to Bristol airport easily should I ever need to. Ellouise was also a superb help through the admin process and getting everything paperwork sorted. They have both been a fabulous help during my entire journey and since I’ve moved into the property. Even if either were unavailable the team at Allen and Harris were responsive and great in terms of passing on communications so that Courtney or Ellouise could get back to me. I know throughout my tenancy I will be well supported by the team. Finally it was an absolute delight to receive an unexpected little house warming pack on moving day. Can’t thank you all enough, highly recommend!!

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Sales team at Allen & Harris in Calne were exceptional. Hanna was our main point of contact and she was with us throughout, chasing and making sure things happened throughout the whole process. The whole team were responsive from our initial inquiry, super friendly but professional when it was needed. Hanna is the perfect person to have on your side when selling your house. Sam and Ty were also superb and their customer service is second to none. We could not recommend the team any more. Special thank you to Hanna, who was so proactive at every step, supportive, made the whole process stress free and seamless and just generally wonderful to deal with. Thoroughly recommended!

We asked Courtney to find us some new tenants for our recently renovated property. Within a day or so, we had loads of enquiries which were carefully vetted and reduced to a shortlist of viewings. From this we had multiple offers and chose the most suitable. Much better than the agents who were selling our property. PORT TALBOT OFFICE - The worst experience I've ever had with an estate. I had a pleasant viewing with the owner who showed me around when the estate agent wasn't available. Loved the house a d spent 2 hours chatting with the owner who seemed more than keen to sell to me, even asked me to exchange numbers to keep each other updated as this agent allowed his last sale to fall through and never notified him.Later the same day I txt the owner and offered full asking, telling him he could take as much time as needed to decide. He replied instantly and accepted. I emailed the agent and formally submitted my offer as well as my mortgage in principle proof of funds (far more than enough to Substantiate my offer) I phoned the next working day a d the agent Sarah Rowlands was instantly offish and dismissive, huffing down the phone and acting completely put out that I had called. She was annoyed me and the owner had contact and told me nothing had been accepted and viewings would go ahead still.I heard nothing til I was contacted by Rachel in there mortgage team. I told them I had already got a lender I was happy with but was pushed in to chatting with her anyway. After talking through the mortgage info I was then called yo say my offer was accepted and it would be taken off the market....that was until dat laterite Rachel had decided upon herself to go behind my back and speak to my lender and tell me they wouldn't lend to me...pure rubbish, i had personal contact with my lender and was told that agents tend to use intimidating and bullying tactics to force people to pay for their services.As soon as I refused to pay for the agents in house mortgage service I was ghosted and then told my offer had been gazumped and owner stopped contact. I took it as a blessing in disguise as I would never deal with Sarah or Rachel or this crooked company. A week after that I wascontactedby the owner again who assumee I was still buying...I had to be the one to tell him that his agents lied to him and me and that I was messed around and they declined my offer without his knowledge.Avoid these unprofessional,dishonest,useless, crooked liars at all cost!!!

Charity Shop Sue could show this lot a few things about management. Broker was an imbecile, couldn’t get him off the phone until we paid, then couldn’t get him on the phone. His manager was a nylon shirt wearing narcissist. They caused delay, drift, and endless stress. Avoid like the plague. Financial ombudsman here we come.

Cant thank Hanna (Calne branch) enough! The evaluation that was given by Hanna was far above that of 3 other agencies, the way Hannah conducted herself and firmly believed in her valuation left me in no doubt to market my property based on the value she had given. I sold for the asking price which was in excess of 50k more than I would of got had I gone with the valuations of the other vendors. I cant thank Hanna enough. I have to also note while on that the rest of the team have been fantastic too, Esther, Sam & Isobel. thank you all! I want to thank Sam and her sales team at the Calne branch, in particular Hanna Oberemok. She has honestly been amazing from the day she came to our property to give us our valuation. We had a few agents come out the same day to value our property, and Hanna was so professional, enthusiastic, friendly, and was so confident that she could sell our house for us that we couldn't say no to choosing to go with her and Allen & Harris. As soon as we instructed A&H, the team clearly started to make calls to applicants and described out property and started to book viewings. Hanna conducted the viewings on the first day, and called us straight away to give feedback and then to arrange a second viewing, which led to offers and then selling the house. Not only did Hanna do a great job with winning us over as vendors for Allen & Harris, she kept to her word that she would be able to sell the house quickly, and even found and sold us a house within a few days of selling ours! So if anyone is looking for an agent to help sell their home, I would recommend Sam, Hanna and the team at A&H in Calne. First time buyers - Excellent team

We were buying as first time buyers, we had no idea what we were meant to be doing and when. Our sale wasn't the easiest due to many complications from the developers, but Carly and the team really went above and beyond for us. I was able to call nearly every other day and they'd all be cheerful, tell me I am not a fool for constantly chasing, and just being absolutely lovely. I highly recommend Allen and Harris! Their customer service is on another level and they would bend over backwards if that would help the process move smoother.
