They will give you the best advice, they will listen to you and will accommodate your needs. We had a first-class experience with them. The team was amazing. They were always there for us, answering our questions and solving any issue we got during the process. From my point of view, they are the most cost-effective option available. It is a stressful process, but if you want to save yourself stress and headaches, don't hesitate, just go for them.

GoogleAs a local developer I have used Savills for the past several years to sell my properties. I have used other local estate agents but having poor experiences with some of them I turned to Savills. At the time the market was not in great position and it actually required people to spend time and effort in marketing and selling my properties. Savills really do ‘sell’ your property; they go above and beyond and will answer calls and emails whether it be daytime, evening or weekends, and they always have time to listen The team are all highly experienced and knowledgeable, they’re always polite and courteous and leave no stone unturned and nothing to chance. From start to finish all of the team play their part with the utmost professionalism. I only use Savills to market and sell my properties and can, and do, highly recommend them.
