I’ve sold numerous properties over the years and the wilmslow branch of Savills is without doubt the best estate agent I’ve ever used.All the staff were fantastic but the real superstar was Lucy she ,kept us informed and up to date all the way through the sale . She managed the whole chain as other agents seemed to have little interest and were very matter of fact when any issues occurred.Lucy kept the whole thing together and I’m pretty sure with out her the chain would have collapsed on several occasions.

We completed the sale on our property last Friday with Savills Wilmslow as our Estate Agent partner. We have been delighted with their service from start to finish. Their marketing was, efficient, professional and of a high standard. The sales team were friendly, professional and worked hard to make sure they understood the key attributes of the property to proactively market it to potential buyers, resulting in a number of interested parties and viewings very quickly after launch. We had an offer within a month. They are slightly more expensive than other agents, but Andrew the Director said, you haven’t skimped on the standard of your house, so why skimp on your estate agent and we have to agree that was really solid advice. He told us before we signed with them that they invested in a dedicated account/completions manager who ensured transactions got over the line, de-risking chains falling apart. This was attractive, but we were slightly sceptical. Then we met Lucy! Our chain, although small was frankly a bit of a nightmare with other buyers further down in the chain having surveys late in the day followed by a lengthy renegotiation. Lucy went above and beyond throughout, making calls outside her working hours, and even responding to an email from a buyer in the chain on Christmas Day such was her level of dedication and ownership of deal. She pushed things along, resolved miscommunications, smoothed out delays and was generally the key driving force of the whole chain. We are absolutely convinced without Lucy’s support the sale would still be languishing now! All done with absolute professionalism, calm and consideration. We can’t thank Lucy and the wider Savills team enough. We would definitely recommend choosing Savills Wilmslow.

The team at Savills Wilmslow were absolutely brilliant. We had been struggling to sell with another agent, so decided to contact Savills. From the moment we met Sofia, we were so impressed by the professionalism and confidence that we instantly thought, “we should have gone with them in the first place!” It was a long process due to delays in the chain, but Sarah and Edward were fantastic, handling all the viewings. Our experience has been extremely positive with the Team at Savills Wilmslow. In particular Sofia, who recently handled both our purchase of a new property and the sale of our old home, with the utmost professionalism. The sale and purchase went through in record time approx 7 weeks ! We can’t fault the overall service we have received, they made the whole process as easy as possible from start to finish. Photography is beautiful and really stands out against their competitors, although the fee is higher than other local agents, please don’t let that deter you, you absolutely get what you pay for, worth every penny !
