GoogleI chose Reeds Rains to sell the family home which my father had lived in for 65 years. From the initial contact with Mark and further input from Hayley and Olivia until completion the service given was excellent at all times. This is clearly a team that know what they are doing, they are professional and knowledgeable, a skillset that is often not always evident in todays time driven world! Hayley and Olivia were "on the ball" at every turn offering regular updates from all the associated parties, even when at times people were slow to respond. They continued to pursue progress and remained professional and respectful throughout. Top marks I would not hesitate in using their services again.

GoogleAvoid at all costs Parked in their staff carpark 20 mins before closing on a saturday anfternoon and my car was keyed on camera by thier lettings consultant Thomas Cavanagh. Was payed for in full but left me without a car while being repaired. If this is what they’re willing to do to customers cars I wouldn’t be surprised if they do the same with their rentals or sales. Happy to provide videos if need be Avoid at all costs

GoogleAbsolutely pathetic service. Went for House viewing waited outside in the parking for someone to show up. And then Thomas was really rude and condescending. The way he spoke to us, made me think about renting any property through them. He made some really rude comments. Which was unacceptable. This one star was because, this is the lowest we can give. Really disappointed.
Dear Mr Wajid, Thank you for your review, im very sorry you feel you had a bad experience with Reeds Rains Lettings Team, on speaking to the member of staff who feels recollections may vary, they have commented how you were late to the appointment, wandered around the property without particularly making any acknowledgement to our staff member, asked if there was some deal to be made which Thomas replied " maybe £25-£50pcm". When he asked your thoughts you said you were thinking more £1200pcm which is £300 below the advertised price per month. Unfortunately this sort of deal couldn't be achieved for the landlord, and Thomas made you aware of this. We take all complaints very seriously and will look further into this lettings viewing.

A superquick sale, great sale price achieved, and Mark continued to liaise with the chain after the sale to ensure that progress to exchange went as smoothly as possible. GoogleI am most impressed by Mark and his team. Mark is very smart and knows how to deal with people which includes keeping sellers informed, vital but overlooked by some estate agents. The sales team does the viewings, so much better than a disinterested viewing agent simply unlocking the door with zero attempt to sell. Ask Reeds Rains how best to present your house and follow that advice. They know what they are talking about. And their use of a professional photographer makes all the difference. Remember a lot of buyers just dismiss a house based on the photos on Rightmove. Enough said, my sale is in its infancy...

We have worked well together, and i am glad that we came up with ideas between us, and a plan for how to stage your property for viewings, so thank you for taking that on board. Mum had lived there in the family home for over 50 years so it was a huge decision & event for her but the whole team were so supportive & looked after her throughout.
