From valuation to sale they were responsive, easy to deal with and never pushy. John always kept me in the loop with any developments etc. and is an all round really nice guy to deal with. I couldn't recommend them more for a hassle free, transparent and easy sale process 😊

His friendly and professional manner really put us at ease throughout the process and was always very quick to respond. He even went the extra mile to help get ahold of my pesky unresponsive previous landlords to push the references through on a bank holiday weekend! Well I’m disappointed to say the least, what a shame! Looking at all of the 5 star reviews had put confidence in Me & my partner to find our next home. The referencing process is very tedious, the lack of communication has been very poor between the agents, the third party referencing company & ourselves - the tenants. They have kept us in wait for almost 3 weeks, all while holding our deposit & referencing someone else! Which is so frustrating. They were not open with us about their other reference & accidentally slipped up! They want you to jump through hoops for them and dive in to every corner of your life. Just to be clear this was for RENTING. As they could see from our accounts - we were not short of income. When we transferred our deposit - they said it was not received, proof and statements were sent to counter their claim. They still have our money and we have done everything they have asked - not providing any false information. They have no right to carry our referencing for another tenant whilst they have our deposit! Very very poor service, I am so disappointed they have kept us in limbo and have been dishonest. In response to the below reply from Reeds. We did not receive any communication back from any party after we had sent over further correspondence as requested by the third party company. Also, we did not email anyone to cancel our application, that is false information and quite frankly would not make sense? Giving we were awaiting a decision. We had to call a week after communicating with the third party referencing company and then were told our application was still under review, whilst another application was being processed. Another piece of false information - we have not yet revived our deposit back, after being told it would be returned the same day. So please do not try and spread misinformation about the situation. Seemingly in hopes to lessen the impact of our review & our experience with your team & external partners.

It can be quite stressful, especially with the referencing process, but Thom was extremely supportive and got back to our queries quickly. I was told by this estate agent that the service charge for the property was a specific amount. Relying on this information, I proceeded to instruct solicitors and pay for searches. Two months later, I was informed by my solicitor that the service charge was actually higher plus other factors that made me not wish to proceed. This is completely unacceptable. Service charges are a key factor in deciding whether to proceed with a purchase, and providing incorrect information wasted both my time and money. When calling them to speak to them regarding pulling out, the person i spoke to just shrugged it off and said am i interested in another flat nearby! Im now back to square one and alot of money down the drain

Reed Rains Wilmslow, I first met the Branch Manager, Mark who has all the knowledge about the area and expertise you need from an estate agent, he puts you immediately at ease. His team are wonderful, Emma managed my sale and she was nothing but a star. My sale wasn’t an easy one and took a lot longer than most, it was more of a roller coaster and she worked so hard to please all concerned, she pulled off something short of a miracle. Always keeping you informed and doing all she could to keep the chain secure, 6 months later and all are happy. Emma is so personable, she is the calm you need in such stressful times and her professionalism is to be applauded. The whole team, Isabella and Tom included, are just so lovely to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them, especially Emma as without her I would have lost my sale.
