GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Worst experience of my life , they won't return my bond even though we left the house spotless...if your circumstances change,you can't afford the extortionate rent that they increase every year, they will intimidate you and keep your deposit.

GoogleThey don't care about anybody or any humans life. They think by letting a flat to you they own your life and control it. Your not allowed to have a identity or consider the property remotely home. Not any reasonable requests well within housing rights are listened to or absorbed never mind dealt with, If you do this you get a scam eviction. Strange breed.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleHave always found the Linley & Simpson team in Willerby to be very helpful and professional, the staff are very friendly and will always go above and beyond to help their tenants. As a contractor I have found the team very efficient and easy to deal with solving problems quickly with a proactive attitude and the process of receiving, discussing and ultimately receiving payment for work is always very smooth.

GoogleScamers took 145 for holding deposit and the did checks an we failed but they kept the money witch is against the law now .DONT GIVE THEM MONEY befor u get the keys
