GoogleAbsolutely useless... Rented a house through them. Reported issues were never resolved. In the end tried to charge me for things that were damaged before I moved in, good thing I made photos and uploaded them to be included in initial report. Had to dispute charges with TDP scheme to get my deposit back. I also found out that previous tenants had same issues and never got their deposit back. Absolute scammers... Avoid at all cost

FacebookHad one viewing of a property that had been on one day and been trying to organise a second viewing with a builder to see what we should offer and your move have finally rang me back to say the property has sold and they have accepted a offer very nice of them they didn’t even give us a chance to put a offer in our selves as they couldn’t get back to us, and they knew we wanted the property. they don’t fight to get the best price for sellers or help people buying properties even when you say you want them don’t recommend the Wigton branch anyway very bad customer service and bad for getting back to you.

GoogleTerrible. As a buyer would not respond to calls to view a house. Eventually house sold with Your Move blaming the stress on the sellers. And the Estate Agents are supposed to take the stress out of selling your house! Would put no stars, but 1 is the minimum.

GoogleWent for an interview over a year ago with them and they kept saying how "professional" they were etc. They said they'd let me know within a week and to this day, even after chasing them, they never for back to me. So much for professional they didn't even have the decency to tell me I didn't have the job.

GoogleThe team at Your Move Wigton have been fantastic. As a seller I could not have asked for a more supportive and hard working team to manage the sale of my property. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleRubbish. Never respond to enquiries. Even an email to Claire Townley the "branch manager" was never answered. Bunch of jokers. How they ever sell properties is a complete mystery to me.
