GoogleViewed a property and requested a 2nd viewing,as we don't live locally I phoned the office and gave times we were available (we were in the area for a couple of days).Lady said she would phone me back that afternoon but I got no call.Next day I phoned back and another appointment was arranged for the following week.Had viewing and a few days later I was contacted about my thoughts.I had a couple of very relevant questions and waited for an answer.Three weeks later I contacted them to find out why I had received no reply and was told that they must have left an answerphone message with the wrong person by mistake.
Most definitely would not give this outfit the job of selling my house.Communication is appalling and consequently I have lost interest in the property as the answers to my questions when I finally received them were quite honestly unbelievable

I Would never recommend this agency as the stress they caused to us by not sharing vital information was catastrophic and unprofessional. Ignoring calls from my agent and not returning them to say the least! Avoid and do your research there are far more professional and competent that deserve your time and business.
