We found the staff at Knightsbridge Estate Agents, particularly Denise, great to deal with. Our purchase process was long and drawn out (despite no chain either way) and Denise and the team were great with wrangling solicitors on both sides, keeping us and the seller in the loop and ensuring we still felt excited about our new home the whole time. The team were great at collaborating when there were absences/leave so we were always able to speak to someone in the know.

What can i say about Knightsbridge? Definitely the best estate agents in Leicester. I've had a fantastic relationship with the Knightsbridge team since i first used them in 2016. Since then we have purchased 3 houses from them and sold one. They are professional, responsive and very friendly. Knightsbridge Estate Agents in Wigston are amongst the very best you can find. From the directors, Luke and Aaron, to the manager Jake and personal staff in the office, Caroline, Gemma, Jackie, Stacey and Shirley, they all delivered a very professional and friendly service. I sold my house in April this year. Several beautiful photos of the house were taken by Aaron and nothing was uploaded until I was happy with everything. The great service didn't stop once I received an offer for my house, their professional and hands on approach continued right up to the day the completion took place. I didn't have an easy time with my buyer or their solicitor but they took off the stress from me by dealing with all the communication between both parties and chasing up the buyer's solicitors regularly for updates to help get things moving. I honestly think that they are worth the money they charge. Jake was exceptional as a manager and always returned my calls. I would recommend them to anyone looking for estate agents that are professional to the core and treat clients with a friendly attitude and upmost respect.

Myself and my partner have just bought our first house through Knightsbridge Estate Agents in Wigston. Throughout the whole process, the team at Knightsbridge were extremely helpful, patient and supportive to us. There was plenty of complications with the deal due to legal issues, complications up the chain and personal matters and they did not let me down at any point. Martin was the first person we spoke with when we arranged a viewing and he was extremely helpful and professional. Dennise was also helpful and professional dealing with the progression of the deal. However, Jake with incredible throughout and provided me with daily updates and helped with any issues that we had. The whole team went above and beyond to make me and my partner comfortable in what was quite a stressful and sometimes frustrating situation. They took alot of the burden off us and dealt with everything in a professional and timely manner. Even on the day of completion, when there was a complication, they resolved the issue and Martin even came out to help us.

We had a very positive experience with Knightsbridge, from Martin organising our viewings, and negotiating our offer to the sellers and then being a point of call early on in the sale. This was really important for us, he was available and did an excellent job. Once purchase was progressing, Denise was wonderful in keeping us informed and sorting out any problems. Jake was brilliant with providing us with updates and supporting us towards the end of the purchase, especially when we exchanged and completed. The Knightsbridge in Wigston, kept us informed and were extremely helpful. This was quite difficult as we were a part of a chain. The team at the Wigston branch were knowledgeable about what was happening and what needed to happen as well as at the end when we were exchanging. They provided an excellent service and we thank them for their commitment and diligence.

The team in the Wigston branch are great - cannot fault them at all! I purchased a house through Knightsbridge in 2018 with Jake and had the best service. We are now looking for another property and as a 23 year old girl, not a lot of agents out there take you seriously, which in itself is incredibly frustrating but Jake and the team have been excellent! Hi, I cannot recommend this Estate Agent enough, from the very start from viewing the house to giving their fair and constructive comments on how to sell the property. Explaining their marketing strategy was clear and concise. Dealing with Jake, Caroline and Jackie from the Wigston office was a pleasure, always professional and went the extra mile. My sale was not the easiest and hit challenges which was dealt with so professionally. On selling I was then moved to Sam to look after me through to exchange and completion, again we were hit by lots of difficulties getting things over the line, however I cannot complement them enough on how they handled everything with solicitors, surveyors the clients. Keeping me up to date and acting with my best interests at heart. Sam was just so responsive, thoughtful and often worked over her time to get things done for me when deadlines were tight. They are a very caring unit and always put the client first. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Knightsbridge I got there in the end.
