I can’t say how good Knightsbridge were on our recent house purchase and we weren’t even their clients! It’s the high level of communication that makes them stand out. Attention to detail and approachability was also key and their present on key exchange was just a wonderful touch. We hope not to move again but if we do we will absolutely be using them! From the start to the finish Viraj and Knightsbridge were totally amazing, everything is very well organised and professional. I knew what was happening every step of the way. My calls were answered every time, I cannot praise them enough. Viraj made my journey feel like I mattered and heard. She was so helpful, professional and genuinely seemed to show an interest in what my needs were with regards to the property I was looking for.
