Denise Ristimaa and the whole team were so helpful in our purchase of a property they were managing. Carolyn Davis on their sales team helped us find it in the first place and kept in consistent coordination and comms throughout the process and also helped with nudges and reminders. The solicitors they recommended, BHW, were also fabulous without a huge pricetag. We've heard lots of house horror stories and as first-time buyers felt immensely lucky all things considered! I know the sellers went with them too after no success with a previous estate agent and given that they got us to look at the house we now call home they clearly did some good for the sellers. Would recommend for both sides.

My experience with Knightsbridge Estate Agents has been a breath of fresh air. This is due to Bethany Fletcher who is one of the sales negotiators. She was so helpful, professional and genuinely seemed to show an interest in what my needs were with regards to the property I was looking for. She would send me regular updates of all the properties that fit my criteria and would call me on a weekly basis to see how I was getting on. You can't really ask for much more than that! She was able to answer any questions very clearly and concisely, and arrange appointments on short notice.
