GoogleOutstanding facilty, we are a charity and they were so so kind and helpful. They tried their very best to accommodate us in every way. A member of staff on site during the days so not like the cheaper companies that so often have no staff at all on site and you have to speak through an intercom. Honestly you get what you pay for here, cannot fault them

They always tailored to my needs. I was given plenty of time to move all my belongings out of my unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

GoogleClean, airy and secure. This is by no means the cheapest storage place in the area, but the added security reassures you that your belongings will be safe. The staff are always happy to help and the place is always well lit. Not a single complaint from me in 12 months of use.

GoogleA great experience for first-time storage people. Helpful and no hidden surprises. We initially expected to be using storage for three months but ended up being there for six. No problems with extending and none with leaving. Has changed our perception of 'storage' facilities. Would definitely use for short or extended term hire in the future. Thank you.

GoogleWould definitely recommend I spoke to a lady at reception who kindly showed me available rooms and got storage room same day as I booked. Easy access and use of trolleys and lifts. Feel as though my goods are in safe hands being inside a building and then in a locked room. Will be using again if I need storage facilities

GoogleFantastic customer service! All staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and tidy, kitchen available with free coffee & tea. Also sell boxes, bubble wrap and other items which made our house move so much easier and stress free!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant women on the desk is fantastic would recommend this place to anyone who's after storage couldn’t be more helpful, the cleaners on the other hands need to learn to put out wet floor signs when mopping and not stand on their phones while working and then argue when asked why there’s no signs out as my partner nearly slipped over
