The Scunthorpe team are always pleasant, helpful & friendly. The Scunthorpe site is well maintained with a focus on cleanliness. I use it for personal however the company i work for also use it & i'm treated with the same professionalism no matter the reason i'm there

GoogleGreat storage facility,units are spacious and clean as are all the surrounding areas. 2 loading bays for you to use and plenty of trolleys for you to move your things. As for the manager of the Wigan facility what can I say credit to the company, professional helpful friendly and explained everything that made hiring the unit easy. And the price was slightly more than some other in Wigan but all I will say is you pay for what you get

Regarding the Skelmersdale Unit.

Ryan, We are saddened that you have left such a poor, inaccurate review of our services. When you reported a small amount of mould on a couple of your items in July, which may or may not have been present before the goods entered our facility, our team did their utmost to help. Offering to help you relocate the items to an alternate unit right away, but you elected to leave them in the same unit. We pride ourselves on quality and service, thus have had no other reports of such cases in our 3 years’ operating in Skelmersdale. In regards to access times, these have not changed from the point of agreeing the rental of the unit. We believe that an appropriate resolution has now been found and wish you well for the future.

GoogleThe storage team wigan has been our life saver, in between moving and doing our own loft up. So easy to use the facilities, they also have great special offers on, so look out for them. We saved a fortune when we committed to a 12 week plan. I'd like to say a thankyou to Antony and I think it's Daniel. Always been quick to reply to emails, phone calls and really friendly and nothing was ever a problem. A credit to the storage team at Wigan. Kind regards Scarlett
